Rhinoplasty is the surgical procedure of reshaping nose. It enhances the facial harmony and proportions of your nose. Rhinoplasty is also known as nose job. It is very useful in correcting the structural defects of nose. Rhinoplasty should be performed by maxillofacial surgeons who are experienced in performing surgeries related to jaw, face, neck etc.

Need for rhinoplasty
  • The size of nose can be increased or decreased based on our requirement
  • To get relief from breathing problems
  • To correct birth defects and injury
  • It help to narrow the opening of the nostrils
  • Change the shape of nose.

Types of Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is of two types closed rhinoplasty and open rhinoplasty.
Closed rhinoplasty is commonly used because of the following benefits

  • It takes less time to complete the surgery
  • Recovery will be very fast
  • Less scars are noticed
To correct the aesthetic feature and the structure of nose we use primary rhinoplasty. Secondary rhinoplasty which is also known as Revision Rhinoplasty is more complicated, so it is done only when the primary rhinoplasty fails.
